At Woodlands Field, not only one but two fantastic buildings are available for hire, giving you flexibility to choose the perfect space for your event or activity.
The buildings are unique, they are not only a vibrant gathering space but also an environmental exemplar. Designed with sustainability in mind, it proudly features:

Alongside its eco-friendly design, the Log Cabin offers a large, flexible hall with a fully licensed bar, making it a popular choice for weddings, adult parties, christenings, and community celebrations.
Events & Pricing
Both The Log Cabin and The Pod can host a wide variety of events. Current hire rates include:
Adult Parties – from £80 per event without bar / £100 with bar
Children’s Parties – from £50 to £90 per session
Wedding Receptions – price agreed on consultation
Christenings – price agreed on consultation
Seminars / Conference – from £15.00 per hour
Meetings – from £15.00 per hour

The Log Cabin
Alongside its eco-friendly design, the Log Cabin offers a large, flexible hall with a fully licensed bottle bar, making it a popular choice for celebrations: weddings, adult parties, christenings, and community parties.
The hall also benefits from a recently refurbished full kitchen, perfect for catering, as well as access to our fun bouncy castle, which is available to hire for children’s parties and family events.
The MUGA (Multiple Use Games Area)
The MUGA ranges from a court area useful for tennis, football and basketball activities - with flood lights so available for late evenings.
Hire Costs: £12.50 per hour
The Pod
(Childrens Centre)
Alongside the Log Cabin, the Pod (Childrens Centre) in two multi-fuctional rooms with a kitchen, making it a popular choice for celebrations: children and community parties.
